Stephanie Viness

Owner, Director, Choreographer

Stephanie Viness is a proud Double Eagle Alumna of Georgia Southern University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and a Master of Science in Kinesiology. She and her husband, Bo, have been married for nine years and are proud parents of two children.

With more than 25 years of dance training, 14 years of competitive experience, and over a decade in cheerleading and gymnastics, Stephanie has dedicated her life to movement, performance, and education. As a competitive dancer, she received numerous top overall awards and scholarships at both regional and national levels. Her choreography has been recognized with top overall awards, judges’ choice awards, and best choreography. She has worked with multiple studios, dance teams, and pageant contestants - including Miss Georgia.

Stephanie served as the Head Coach of the Georgia Southern University Dance Team for eight years and spent six years as an instructor and Assistant Director of the Physical Activity Program at GSU. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Empire National Dance Competition and previously worked for eight years with Inspire NDC as a Regional Director and Backstage Coordinator.
Beyond her professional career, Stephanie has performed at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, the Capital One Bowl, and the Orange Bowl. Locally, she has competed as a “pro” dancer in Dancing with the Statesboro Stars, a fundraiser for Safe Haven, earning honors such as 2nd Place and the 1st Place Judges’ Choice Mirror Ball Trophy.

Currently, Stephanie serves on the YMCA Board, where she looks forward to continuing her impact within the Statesboro community. She is a Certified Educator in the state of Georgia, a Certified Personal Trainer, and holds multiple fitness certifications including Group Exercise, Ballet Barre, Yoga I, Sports Nutrition, and Pre & Post Natal Fitness & Training. She continually seeks to expand her knowledge and expertise by attending national dance workshops and fitness conventions, training with leading professionals in both industries.

Stephanie’s greatest passion is sharing her love for dance and education. Her ultimate goal is to make dance accessible and meaningful for people of all ages throughout the Statesboro community.

Bo Viness

Owner & Director of Operations

Bo Viness is a Double Eagle Alumni from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and a Master of Science in Kinesiology.
He is a Real Estate Agent with Statesboro Real Estate and is a volunteer wrestling coach in the surrounding areas.
Bo also works with Empire National Dance Competition as an audio/video technician and in the sales and merchandise departments.
